We're excited to announce that our brand-new client portal and website are officially live! Our previous site was built on WHMCS, the industry-standard billing panel used by many hosting companies. After months of development, we've replaced it with a platform built entirely from the ground up — with one goal in mind: making it faster and easier for you to manage your hosting, domains, and support, all in one place.

Every screen you use day to day has been redesigned for clarity and speed. Navigation is simpler, pages load faster, and the client area now works beautifully on your phone or tablet — you can even install it as an app on your home screen for quick access on the go.

• One-click WordPress Bridge — securely single sign-on into your WordPress dashboard straight from your service, with a downloadable connector plug-in and regenerable connection codes for extra security.
• Direct control panel single sign-on — jump straight into your hosting control panel from your service page without re-entering credentials.
• Team accounts with granular permissions — invite colleagues to your account and control exactly what each teammate can see and do, from billing to support tickets to domain management.
• Live network status page — check the real-time status of your services without waiting on a reply from support.
• Self-service data export — request and download a full export of your account data whenever you need it.
• Smarter cancellations — if you ever need to cancel a service, we automatically prepare a downloadable backup of your data before it's removed, and you can withdraw the cancellation at any time before it takes effect.
• Quotes you can review and accept online — get custom quotes, review the attachments, and accept or download them as a PDF without any back-and-forth emails.
