No. We work with customers who know what they want their site to do — for example to sell products or showcase work — not how to build it. You focus on your business; we handle the technical side.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Connect your existing domain or let us migrate it for you. If you transfer to us, you remain the registered owner in your account with us. On website leasing packages, renewals are included at no extra charge while you stay on the plan — for domains on our popular TLDs (such as .co.uk, .uk, and .com).
Can you build e‑commerce websites?
Yes — including online stores with product listings, secure checkout, and payment gateways. We also build bespoke business software when off-the-shelf tools are not enough.
Can I switch plans later?
You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time, although website leasing packages may have restrictions.
How quickly can I be online?
A domain and hosting plan can be ordered the same day, and checkout is where you create the account. A leased or bespoke website starts with a planning call, and we agree a launch date before the build starts.
Is there a long contract?
Hosting plans show the billing period before you pay. Website leasing has a minimum six-month term, and that term is stated on the plan. You see it before you commit.
Who answers when I need help?

Can you move a website I already have?
Yes. We plan the files, email, DNS, and the moment of the switch so the site keeps working. Tell us where it is hosted now and we will say what the move involves before any work starts.
What happens after the site launches?
Hosting stays with us, so support and renewals stay in the same account. Website leasing includes managed updates. A custom build can add ongoing care if you want us to keep changing the site after launch.
What will the invoice actually say?
