When you outgrow a plan or need fewer resources, use Upgrade / Downgrade at /account/upgrade-downgrade.
Submit a change request
- Open the page from the Services section of the sidebar.
- Select the service you want to change.
- Choose the target product or tier shown in the catalog.
- Review pricing or proration messages displayed by the portal.
- Confirm the request. DanumHost may apply the change immediately or after approval, depending on product rules.
After submitting
Watch for an invoice if the upgrade generates charges. Downgrades might schedule at renewal—read any confirmation text carefully. Contact support via /tickets if the option you need is not listed.
