Transferring a Domain

Transfer a domain to DanumHost from /account/domains/transfer when transfers are enabled.

Moving a domain from another registrar brings billing and DNS management into your DanumHost account.

Start a transfer

Open Domains → Transfer Domain at /account/domains/transfer if the link is visible.
Enter the domain name and confirm eligibility (unlocked at losing registrar, correct auth code).
Submit the transfer request through /account/order/domain/transfer and pay any transfer fee.

Auth / EPP code

Obtain the authorisation code from your current registrar. You will enter it during transfer. See the article on EPP codes for retrieving a code for domains already at DanumHost.

Disabled transfers

If transfers are turned off site-wide, the portal shows a message to contact support instead of starting an order.
