Two-step authentication (2FA) adds a second verification step beyond your password, significantly improving account security.
Enable 2FA
- Go to Advanced Features → Two-Step Authentication.
- Choose an authenticator app method (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- Enter the verification code to confirm setup.
- Save backup codes in a secure location.
Logging in with 2FA
After entering your password, provide the six-digit code from your authenticator app. Codes rotate every 30 seconds. If you lose access to your app, use a backup code or contact DanumHost support for account recovery.
