A DirectAdmin user package is the resource template (disk, bandwidth, domains, email, and so on) used when you create a hosting account. Your DanumHost reseller dashboard lists the packages that exist on the server. If that list is empty, create packages in DirectAdmin first, then link them to the products you sell.
Open DirectAdmin as the reseller
- Sign in to your DanumHost client area and open the reseller service.
- Use Log in to DirectAdmin so you enter the panel as the reseller, not as a single user account.
- If the interface shows User Level, switch to Reseller Level (skin menu or the level selector).
Create a user package
- Open Account Packages, Manage User Packages, or Add Package — the label depends on the DirectAdmin skin.
- Click Add Package or Create.
- Give the package a short name (for example
bronzeorstarter). This is the name DanumHost shows in the server-package list. - Set disk space, bandwidth, domains, subdomains, email accounts, databases, and any other limits you sell.
- Save the package. Repeat for each plan you offer.
Link it in DanumHost
- Return to the reseller dashboard Business information section.
- On the product row, click Edit.
- Choose the DirectAdmin package you just created and save.
Customers buy the name and price you set in DanumHost. The server package controls what is provisioned on the hosting server. For the dashboard steps, see Linking a Hosting Product to a Server Package.
