Point additional domain names to an existing website without duplicating files in cPanel.

Domain aliases (also called parked domains) let multiple domain names display the same website content without maintaining separate file copies.

Create a domain alias

  1. Go to Domains → Domains or Domains → Aliases.
  2. Click Create A New Domain and choose the alias option, or use the dedicated Aliases tool.
  3. Enter the alias domain name you want to add.
  4. Confirm the alias points to your primary domain's document root.
  5. Click Submit.

DNS requirement

The alias domain must have its DNS pointed to your DanumHost server — either by using our nameservers or by adding the appropriate A record at your registrar.

SSL for alias domains

After DNS is active, run AutoSSL under Security → SSL/TLS Status so visitors can access the alias domain over HTTPS.
