Creating and Managing Email Accounts

cPanel lets you create and manage email accounts for every domain on your DanumHost hosting plan.

Create an email account

1. Go to Email → Email Accounts.
2. Click Create or + Create.
3. Select the domain for the new mailbox.
4. Enter the email username (the part before @) and a strong password.
5. Set the mailbox quota or choose unlimited if your plan allows it.
6. Click Create.

Access webmail

From the Email Accounts page, click Check Email or Access Webmail next to any account. DanumHost typically offers Roundcube, Horde, or similar webmail clients.

Configure email clients

Click Connect Devices or Set Up Mail Client next to an account for automatic configuration details. Use your full email address as the username, the mailbox password, and the server hostnames shown in cPanel (usually mail.yourdomain.com).
