Contact Information

Accurate contact information ensures you receive important notices about disk usage, security alerts, and account changes on your DanumHost hosting.

Update contact details

1. Go to Preferences → Contact Information.
2. Enter your primary email address for cPanel notifications.
3. Add a secondary email address if you want backups sent elsewhere.
4. Choose which notification types to receive (disk warnings, SSL issues, etc.).
5. Click Save.

Best practices

• Use an email address you check regularly — not an address on the same hosting account that could fail if the server is down.
• Keep contact info updated when you change roles or companies.
• Enable critical alerts such as quota and security warnings.
