To reopen a closed support ticket in DanumHost, you will first need to log in to your account. Once logged in, you should see a menu at the top of the page. From there, you can click on the "Support" option and then select "View Tickets". You will be taken to a page where you can view all your open and closed tickets. To reopen a closed ticket, click on the "View" button next to the closed ticket you want to reopen. On the next page, you will see the original message and any previous responses. At the bottom of the page, there will be a button labeled "Reopen Ticket" click on that to reopen the ticket. Alternatively, you can also reply to the closed ticket and state that you would like to reopen it because the issue is not resolved yet.
