How do I close a support ticket?

To close a support ticket in DanumHost, you will first need to log in to your account. Once logged in, you should see a menu at the top of the page. From there, you can click on the "Support" option and then select "View Tickets". You will be taken to a page where you can view all your open and closed tickets. To close a specific ticket, click on the "View" button next to the ticket you want to close. On the next page, you will see the original message and any previous responses. At the bottom of the page, there will be a button labeled "Close Ticket" click on that to close the ticket. Alternatively, you can also reply to the ticket and state that you are closing the ticket and that you consider the issue to be resolved.
